You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

NOTE!

The article must be new and unworn. In addition, all protective packaging that allows resale must be present.

Furthermore, the shipping protection, air cushion enclosed by us or a similar protective packing, which enables undamaged shipping are recommended for the return.

If a package arrives damaged as a result of being returned, we cannot refund the amount.

You must then reclaim this with your shipping company.

We recommend you to send the return shipment with a tracking number. We assume no liability for lost shipments.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund the payments we have received from you, except for the delivery costs and additional costs for the return. NOTE! We do not offer free return labels!

You have to return the product immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
